September 23, 2020 (Philadelphia)– “Election administration should be a nonpartisan issue. All voters have the right to cast their votes fairly and safely, and know that their votes will count. Attempting to overturn this ruling less than 41 days before Election Day only creates confusion for the Pennsylvania voters who have already begun receiving mail ballots, and the election officials who are racing to adjust their procedures amidst the pandemic.”
