PHILADELPHIA (January 6, 2021) — “Verified Voting strongly condemns the violence today at the U.S. Capitol. For more than a decade, we have worked to promote reliable, legitimate elections, using technology that can be verified and procedures that carefully and transparently carry out that appropriate verification. We have done so for the specific purpose that voters and the public at large can have justified confidence in the accuracy of the outcome.

“Let us be clear: Voters have spoken and states have already certified the results of the election. There is no evidence to support widespread fraud; election security experts agree that the 2020 election was the most secure in modern history. Today’s events will not interfere with our free and fair elections and there will be a transfer of power to the Biden Administration.”
