PHILADELPHIA (November 25, 2025)Verified Voting, a leading national organization whose mission is to strengthen democracy for all voters by promoting the responsible use of technology in elections, is proud to welcome longtime ally and social enterprise leader Michelle Swenson to its Board of Directors. Swenson brings experience in technology, finance, philanthropy, and nonprofit leadership, along with a demonstrated commitment to preserving democratic participation and expanding access to free and fair elections.

Swenson spent most of her corporate career as a senior executive at Charles Schwab & Co., where she helped build financial and technology products and led teams across strategy, communications, and technology. She is affiliated with several mission-driven organizations, including Rise Up Together, Global Press, Women Donors Network, and Way to Win. Her long-time involvement with Verified Voting and these other organizations reflects a deep commitment to community well-being and the health of our democracy.
